General Information:
Grade Level: Preschool and Kindergarten
Group Size: Groups of 15 to 60
Chaperones: One adult for every five students required
Group Discount: $6 per person, adults and children
Free Admissions: One teacher per class admitted free
Payment: Due on day of visit (cash, check, or credit card accepted)

Booking Information:
To reserve a time for your Group Visit, call 978-264-4200, ext. 11 or email fieldtrips@discoverymuseums.org. When you contact us, please provide the following information:

        1. Date (s) you would like to visit (due to our size we will need to check availability before we are able to book your group)
        2. Number of people in your group (15 - 60)
        3. Ages (0 - K)
        4. Number of classes
        5. School name and address
        6. Contact person, phone number and email address

Please Note:

Educators are encouraged to preview the museum at no charge. Present your provider identification at admissions.
All discounts, such as Museum memberships, library passes, and coupons, are not accepted for group visits.
Group visits are not scheduled on weekends, holidays, or during Massachusetts school vacation weeks.
During the summer we accept group sizes of 15 to 35 children. A 50% deposit is required to book a summer group visit.

Free Teacher Preview:
Teachers, preview the Children's Discovery Museum at no charge before bringing a class. Call ahead and let our Education Department help you identify exhibit areas that best complement your classroom study. Call 978-264-4200, ext. 28, 27, or 31.
